I have stayed at this location several times. Customer service is always great, nice pool area for kids and good breakfast in the morning. Definitely a family friendly hotel. I rated the room a three because the fridge was running a bit too loud and the bathroom light socket was loose.
Very clean, quiet rooms and friendly staff! I’m definitely saving this location for when I’m passing by and need a safe place to stay! Lady in front desk at check in and the lady at breakfast area should be cloned and put in charge in every hotel for their outstanding customer service skills!

The pool area is great. It was sunny and the air, hot tub and pool temps were perfect! Regular hotel breakfast. Clean comfortable room and perfect location.
This location was wonderful. The lady at the front desk was super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate anything we asked for at all (which was very little) but excellent service and kindness. The room and bathroom was clean and well supplied. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked great.
Great location after traveling for 12 hours. Clean room, comfortable beds, and the biscuits and gravy at breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend going to Falls Park that’s about 15 minutes away to check out the waterfalls going through downtown. It is gorgeous! Highly recommend this hotel!
This hotel was a great choice in the sea of hotel options near by. We checked in late, at almost midnight, and Matt was so friendly and informative. Our room was clean and comfortable and we slept very well after a night of travel. The breakfast options were so vast, they even have Gluten Free bagels (celiac win!) They give an expansive amenities sheet at check in, which is a great touch, and on the back is a breakfast menu. The fitness center had more options that I'm used to seeing at hotels: three treadmills, a bike, and a nice large set of dumbbells. We did not it's like the pool area, but it looked well maintained - as I'm sure it was because the whole hotel was very clean and welcoming. We will certainly return should our travels bring us back to Sioux Falls.
